A campaign should not appear claimable unless its reward inventory actually exists.
Eligibility should come from verifiable contract state, indexed events, signed allocation data or another published proof mechanism.
Claim state must prevent accidental or malicious duplicate redemptions.
Claim contracts, campaign allocations and transactions should remain inspectable after the campaign ends.
